Row N Ride Trainer for Home Workouts

My Review of the Row N Ride Trainer:

Although the squat assist row-n-ride trainer is not for everyone, I like this workout device for a few different reasons. Seven, specifically…

1. This Exercise Machine Helps Grow Glutes Without Injuries.

First of all, you can strengthen and tone your glutes. Most women want to build a round booty, and this machine allows you to do it without joining a gym and lifting heavy weights. Think of it as your own “squat assist machine” that you can use at home!

Plus, you don’t have to worry about injuring your back due to improper form under a heavy barbell. In fact, the Row N Ride is designed to help you squat at the correct angle. Not to mention, low enough that your legs get a great workout (Glutes, quads, hamstrings AND calves)!

See what I mean in the diagram below. The Row and Ride keeps your back straight and upright as opposed to hunched over forward. In addition, it helps you squat below 90 degrees while preventing your knees from going in front of your toes.

If you want to squat more but don’t want to worry about your form or hurting your back, this row and ride machine provides a perfect solution.

2. You Can Vary the Workout Intensity to Maximize Your Results

Resistance Bands on the Row N Ride TrainerSecond, you can increase the intensity of your workout simply by adding or removing the resistance bands. Switch up your routine depending on your energy level, so you can enjoy your workouts more.

For example, you can choose a low-intensity steady-state cardio workout that lets you exercise while you talk on the phone or listen in on a conference call. Therefore, you can fit a workout in on a day where you didn’t think you’d have time.

On the other hand, you can add all 3 resistance bands for a tougher leg and arm workout. This simulates lifting heavier weights, thus giving your muscles a great workout in a shorter period of time.

Note: Think you might get bored using a single fitness machine? Think again. Try low squat pulses, one-arm rows or quick 8-minute Tabata sessions where you switch between sprinting and recovery. Get creative!

Lastly, keep in mind that you can use the Row N Ride Trainer to warm up at a lower intensity. Then, add more resistance for your main workout.

3. Get a Full-Body Workout – Faster.

Get a Full-Body Workout at HomeThird, the Row and Ride gives you a full-body workout (not just glutes!). The upper body rowing motion works your shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps simultaneously. How wonderfully efficient, right?

(Not to mention, you get the added benefit of both pushing and pulling movements!)

Plus, doing compound movements where you use multiple body parts at once enables you to burn more calories faster. If you don’t have a lot of time or you like short workouts or… you don’t really enjoy exercising at all, then this machine provides the ideal solution.

The following video demonstrates which muscle groups you work during the various movements. You can easily see how the Row and Ride machine is so effective at training so many muscles.

4. Gain Better Posture.

Fourth, this simple fitness machine works well for promoting good posture. Between building your glutes and strengthening your back, you encourage proper posture without even thinking out it.

Proper posture can help prevent lower back pain from sitting all day at a desk. Not to mention, people typically look better when they stand up taller.

No Outlet Needed for the Row N Ride Home Workout Machine

5. The Row N Ride Doesn’t Need Electricity.

Fifth, this exercise machine doesn’t require electricity. Therefore, you don’t have to limit your workout area to the proximity of an electrical outlet. In fact, why not exercise outside?

Also, since the squat assist rider doesn’t need electrical power, it costs virtually no money to run. (You just need one AA battery for the computer monitor.) On the other hand, the cost of using an electric treadmill or elliptical machine can add up, especially if you use them daily.

6. The Row n Ride Trainer is Well-Made.

Row N Ride Pedals with Grip TextureSixth, this sturdy little machine is well-constructed.

For example, you can adjust the handlebars to fit your body height and arm length. Stay comfortable while also in proper alignment.

In addition, the pedals have a no-slip tread to help you feel secure while exercising. Plus, the padded, elongated seat cushion helps too!

7. LCD Monitor Helps Track Your Workouts.

Seven, the handy built-in electronic monitor tracks your calories, time and count. Therefore, you can follow your progress and stay motivated similar to daily steps on a FitBit.
